• Manage and oversee the organization and performance of certain functional areas and the activities of direct reports. • Provides staff management and guidance with an understanding and following established company policies and procedures. • Manage and ensure service delivery of Products to meet client and company expectations and needs. • Creates, recommends and implements Product improvements to meet established objectives. • Participate in developing new business and/or task order proposals. • Manages and monitors business activities to ensure a high standard of professional excellence is maintained among all staff members. • Oversee development of operating and personnel budgets. • Monitors spending for adherence to budget plans, develops and recommends variances. • Performs and/or oversees budget analysis. • Coordinates and communicates with other managers and SMEs to leverage resources and discuss solutions to problems. • Develop processes for leveraging and using resources to meet customer needs. • Investigates and resolves matters of significance as appropriate. • Develops and maintains communications with the customer, management and staff to ensure service is delivered on time and within budget or contractual obligations. • Select and hire employees. • Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. • Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. • Motivates and rewards employees including providing salary increases within allocated budgets and company guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Product Management
  • advanced knowledge of Methodologies, Budgeting, Planning, and Delivery Frameworks
  • 8+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high performing teams
  • Strong expertise in financial management, including budget development, analysis, forecasting, and earned value management principles
  • Demonstrated experience in public sector environments, including contracting, regulatory compliance, and delivery of mission critical services
  • Exceptional communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, represent the organization, and drive results across cross functional teams
