Data Product Manager

CI&T

• Manage the complete lifecycle of data products, from ideation and development to deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement. • Define and prioritize data product roadmaps, balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and stakeholder expectations. • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analytics Specialists, and business stakeholders. • Understand data architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, and analytics platforms to support product decisions and strategic direction. • Translate business needs into clear, actionable, and achievable requirements for technical teams. • Perform data profiling and analysis to identify patterns, relationships, and opportunities for value creation. • Define metrics, KPIs, and success criteria to measure the performance and impact of data products. • Validate solutions with users and stakeholders to ensure they meet business needs and expectations. • Foster a data-driven culture and support the adoption of AI and automation within team workflows. • Lead and influence cross-functional teams while supporting the growth and development of the professionals involved in data initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Previous experience in Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
  • Experience managing products, projects, or data-driven initiatives.
  • Strong value-based prioritization and risk management skills.
  • Strategic thinking, product mindset, and focus on business impact.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Team leadership experience or proven ability to lead complex initiatives.
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience with Data Visualization and/or Advanced Analytics.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with project and product management tools.
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence initiatives applied to data products.
