• Own and manage Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts. • Launch, monitor, optimize, and scale lead generation campaigns. • Review account performance daily and make proactive optimization decisions. • Scale winning campaigns while controlling costs and maintaining lead quality. • Test audiences, creatives, offers, campaign structures, and budget allocations. • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including: • Cost Per Lead (CPL) • Lead Quality • Cost Per Booked Appointment • CPM • Conversion Rates • Return on Ad Spend (where applicable) • Identify performance issues quickly and implement corrective actions. • Manage lead flow between Meta Lead Forms and GoHighLevel. • Ensure proper CRM setup, automation workflows, pipelines, and lead tracking. • Troubleshoot integration and attribution issues. • Collaborate with internal automation teams to improve reporting and operational efficiency. • Help establish best practices and standardized processes within GoHighLevel. • Develop creative testing strategies for each client account. • Brief video editors with clear instructions and creative direction. • Identify winning hooks, offers, messaging angles, and ad concepts. • Analyze creative performance and continuously iterate based on data. • Ensure clients consistently receive fresh creative assets to support campaign performance. • Record weekly Loom reports (5–15 minutes) for assigned clients. • Create concise weekly performance summaries highlighting: • Results achieved • Key changes made • Opportunities identified • Recommended next steps • Lead bi-weekly client strategy calls. • Present campaign performance clearly and confidently. • Serve as a senior escalation point for campaign and strategy-related questions. • Help build and improve the operational infrastructure of the media buying department. • Create SOPs, workflows, checklists, and optimization frameworks. • Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions. • Collaborate with leadership to improve reporting, tracking, onboarding, and campaign management processes. • Contribute to building a world-class media buying department capable of supporting future growth.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven success running lead generation campaigns for local service businesses.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign architecture, and performance optimization.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Experience connecting Meta Lead Forms with CRM workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot lead flow and reporting issues independently.
