Role Description Our client is a rapidly growing multi-location home services company operating across multiple U.S. markets. They are seeking an experienced PPC Specialist to own paid media performance across Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSA), Meta Ads, and landing page optimization. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys managing significant advertising budgets, improving lead generation performance, and driving measurable business results. Key Responsibilities - Google Ads & Local Services Ads (LSA) - Manage Google Ads MCC accounts across multiple locations - Optimize Search campaigns, bidding strategies, keywords, and ad copy - Manage and monitor Local Services Ads (LSA) performance - Conduct search term analysis and negative keyword management - Improve lead volume while reducing cost per lead - Manage campaign budgets and performance pacing - Landing Page Optimization - Manage and optimize Unbounce landing pages - Conduct A/B testing on headlines, forms, CTAs, and layouts - Improve conversion rates across service areas and markets - Build new location-specific and service-specific landing pages - Performance Reporting - Create weekly and monthly paid media reports - Track: - Cost Per Lead (CPL) - Cost Per Booked Job - Conversion Rate - ROAS - Identify performance trends and optimization opportunities - Provide actionable recommendations to leadership - Meta Ads (Preferred) - Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns - Build and maintain audience targeting strategies - Support lead generation, engagement, and awareness campaigns - Collaborate on creative development and testing Qualifications - 3+ years of hands-on PPC management experience - Strong Google Ads experience including Search and Local Services Ads (LSA) - Experience managing multi-location or franchise-style accounts - Experience with Google Ads MCC structures - Experience using landing page platforms such as Unbounce or Instapage - Comfortable managing large monthly advertising budgets - Strong analytical and reporting skills - Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and execute improvements independently Preferred Qualifications - Home services, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, restoration, or similar industry experience - Experience with Google Business Profile (GBP) - Familiarity with call tracking platforms such as CallRail or CallTrackingMetrics - Experience with pay-per-lead platforms - Basic HTML/CSS knowledge - Experience leveraging AI tools and marketing automation platforms What Success Looks Like - Increased lead volume across multiple markets - Reduced cost per lead and cost per booked job - Strong budget management and allocation decisions - Continuous testing and optimization of campaigns and landing pages - Data-driven recommendations that improve overall marketing performance Ideal Candidate - Proactive and highly accountable - Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and markets simultaneously - Strong problem-solving mindset - Results-oriented and data-driven - Continuously learning and adapting to platform updates - Thrives in a fast-growing environment
