• Take ownership of customer cases through our ticketing system, web meetings, and phone. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex product, data, and integration issues, including APIs, SAML/SSO, and AI-powered features. • Replicate reported defects, isolate root causes, and hand engineering actionable reports when escalation is needed. • Become a product expert as Flashpoint ships new capabilities, staying ahead of enhancements, new features, and emerging tooling. • Share knowledge as trends appear in customer requests, creating articles for the Flashpoint Help Center. • Monitor work queues to maintain balanced workloads and hit turnaround standards ensuring quality. • Partner with Customer Success Managers to help customers focus on the threats that matter and make smarter security decisions.

• Support the Public Sector team on strategy, messaging, and outreach with key public sector accounts to drive activity, opportunities, and help drive new business • Own the full renewal process; run discovery calls, coordinate/execute demos, build quotes and proposals, and develop BVAs that move deals forward • Manage upsell and cross-sell motions across existing government accounts • Meet with customer and stakeholders to understand their requirements and craft the right Flashpoint solution for their mission • Maintain an accurate, robust renewal pipeline in Salesforce, and complete forecasting reviews with your manager • Leverage tools like SalesLoft, Bloomberg, GovWin, and ZoomInfo to execute your territory plan • Keep a pulse on industry trends and feed competitive analysis back into how we go to market

• Leverage internal tools to identify risks and produce tactical and operational level reports on behalf of customers and verticals. • Analyze high volumes of content from unindexed areas of the internet, assessing potential risks to customers. • Translate a wide variety of collected data sets from Deep and Dark Web sources. • Identify, transcribe, and summarize pertinent factual information on behalf of a wide range of customers. • Quickly understand and deliver on company and customer requirements.

• Own end-to-end operations of real-time pipelines that ingest, enrich, filter, and route data through Vertex AI and Gemini for risk assessment. • Own our Pub/Sub infrastructure end to end: message delivery, consumer groups, and the production incident response when something goes sideways. • Scale, monitor, and optimize Dataflow streaming and batch jobs processing petabytes of data, diagnosing failures and shipping the fix. • Build and maintain the monitoring, alerting, and incident-response tooling for systems that can't go down. • Safeguard data integrity end to end, ensuring data reaches customers accurately and on time. • Partner with Product, the broader Data team, and Intelligence Analysts to turn requirements into operational reality.

• Own the strategy and end-to-end execution of our email marketing, automated nurturing, webinar programs, and newsletters across prospect, customer, and channel-partner audiences. • Lead our high-visibility virtual event program and digital summits that educate the market and capture high-intent demand. • Oversee email operations and performance, including content, design, segmentation, and deliverability, so our threat intelligence reaches the right audience at the right time. • Partner with the social team to execute and promote our LinkedIn Newsletter and LinkedIn Live broadcasts to maximize reach. • Apply AI tools across the demand gen stack to speed campaign creation, personalize content, analyze engagement, and improve targeting. • Work closely with Marketing Operations and the BDR team to ensure seamless lead flow, fast follow-up, and continuous feedback loops. • Manage vendor relationships and budget to maximize return on demand gen spend. • Set a high bar for execution and share playbooks and best practices across the marketing team.

• Leverage our proprietary tools, internal data sources, and external tools to synthesize data and enhance analysis/alerting services for our clients' operational needs. • Build and refine complex keyword sets and Boolean logic to maximize relevant coverage across diverse community types • Work directly with enterprise client teams to understand their collection priorities and translate those into actionable sourcing strategies • Collaborate with internal collections, product, and engineering teams to operationalize new sources at scale • Contribute to documentation and tradecraft standards that help the broader team replicate your sourcing methods • Safely navigate virtual environments for supporting assigned tasks, as applicable. • Write high-quality tactical and strategic assessments to inform risk intelligence decision-making process

• Partner with Sales Directors and the Partnerships team as the technical subject-matter expert across the full Flashpoint product and services portfolio • Run and tailor Flashpoint Ignite demos for partner and end-customer audiences • Solve real, complex problems for Cyber and Physical Security teams inside Fortune 500 organizations • Translate between partners, engineering, intel, and collections teams to make sure customer needs get the right kind of support • Contribute to deal strategy and pipeline development inside your aligned territory • Influence the future of Flashpoint’s intelligence product roadmap • Build knowledge transfer materials, internal enablement, and external content that scales beyond your own deals

• Meet all intelligence needs and client deliverables within established timeframes. • Deliver high-quality analytical assessments that offer valuable context to our clients. • Utilize Flashpoint’s internal systems and proprietary tools to fulfill designated responsibilities. • Integrate external tools to process data, improving our alerting and analysis capabilities. • Evaluate raw information to determine its reliability and importance to our client base. • Develop patterns and keywords within Flashpoint software to prioritize critical data signals. • Draft original blog content for review by leadership. • Operate securely in virtual environments while adhering to Flashpoint’s rules of engagement. • Lead internal initiatives and projects as a designated subject matter expert. • Conduct peer reviews of completed intelligence reports to ensure analytical precision. • Participate in community calls, standardize team procedures, and mentor junior colleagues. • Gather intelligence requirements and address collection deficiencies for relevant teams: • Develop a comprehensive grasp of how Flashpoint’s collection systems function. • Apply standardized internal protocols to resolve gaps in data collection. • Identify and suggest new sources to expand Flashpoint’s collection reach.

• Conduct secure, focused counter fraud research on DDW and Surface Web and provide expert analysis to fulfill Customer requests. • Produce quality intelligence reports that provide additional context to clients. • Leverage Flashpoint proprietary tools and systems to support assigned tasks. • Leverage external tools to synthesize data and enhance analysis/alerting services. • Synthesize raw data to assess information credibility and determine relevance to the client base. • Create keywords/patterns to highlight high signal data within Flashpoint tools. • Safely navigate virtual environments to support assigned tasks, following Flashpoint rules of engagement. • Conduct online collection activities and engage threat actors (TAs). • Present at community calls, document team-specific processes/procedures, and facilitate job-specific guidance for new and junior team members.

• Analyze vendor security advisories, research vulnerability reports, mailing lists, product changelogs, news articles, bug trackers, commits, exploits, and many other sources to identify issues that constitute legitimate vulnerabilities (sources are provided) in order to author a detailed vulnerability entry based on findings. This task makes up eighty percent of day to day requirements of this role. • Analyze and review new vulnerabilities for inclusion into the VulnDB product and update existing vulnerability entries with details, references, product information, exploit availability, and solutions. • Assist team members during peak activity periods to ensure the timeliness of high-quality data. • Monitor work queues as needed to maintain balanced workloads and achieve turn-around standards, ensuring data quality. • stay current with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices. • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior analysts and serve as a subject matter expert on vulnerabilities to the wider team. • Collaborate with other teams such as Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to solve customer challenges, clarify technical content, and be customer-oriented.
