Senior Oracle Fusion Financials Business Systems Analyst (Cost Accounting & Inventory)

Role Description We are looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion Financials Business Systems Analyst (Cost Accounting & Inventory) to support and enhance our Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. This role will partner with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to gather requirements, improve business processes, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver scalable ERP solutions. - Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams. - Gather requirements, lead discovery sessions, and create functional specifications. - Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including: - Cost Accounting - Receipt Accounting - Supply Chain Financial Orchestration (SCFO) - Inventory Management - Oracle Product Information Management (PIM) - Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS) - Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements. - Design and maintain Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules. - Support testing, UAT, quarterly patches, and system upgrades. - Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis. - Maintain system documentation and ensure SOX/ITGC compliance. - Support financial period-end close activities. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Systems Analyst. - 5+ years of Oracle Financials/Supply Chain Applications experience (Oracle Fusion Cloud preferred). - Strong ERP and business process knowledge. - Experience gathering requirements and working in Agile environments. - Basic to intermediate SQL skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion, BI Publisher, OBIEE, Snowflake, or Sigma. - ERP integration experience. - Exposure to AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, Glean, or Oracle Fusion Agentic AI. - Public company experience.
