Business Analyst

• Engage internal stakeholders and Business Relationship Managers to understand business problems and desired outcomes and define success criteria • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions to understand business needs, objectives, and constraints • Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive user stories, use cases, and functional specifications for development teams. • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and system diagrams, to facilitate understanding and collaboration among stakeholders. • Work closely with Enterprise Application team to design and validate software solutions that meet business requirements and align with enterprise architecture standards. • Collaborate with quality assurance/testing teams to define test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and testing plans based on business requirements. • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions, providing support to business users and assisting in the resolution of issues and defects. • Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values. • Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies. • Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements. • Additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3-4 years of business analysis experience required.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall required.
  • Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation required.
  • Experience with enterprise applications (Salesforce, Oracle, or ServiceNow) preferred.
  • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred.
  • Strong written skills, to document requirements and process instructions, with skills in MS Word & PowerPoint, with intermediate level skill in MS Excel are required.
  • Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership/responsibility and can work with minimal oversight.
  • Willingness to work shifted hours to support the global business as required.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
