Role Description The Managed Services Analyst I role delivers excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, assisting them with GHX products or services. This role supports administrative processes and tasks in support of team objectives. This position requires effective time management skills, thorough attention to detail, and a high level of integrity. - Learn and communicate established processes. - Provide support for external customers via phone and email for assistance with questions, education, and resolution of problems. - Handle daily case work while meeting predetermined KPI and QA metrics. - Accurately document all actions in daily work and customer interactions. - Place phone calls to participating customers and provide education when deemed necessary or beneficial. - Identify, document, and escalate repetitive customer issues. - Solve escalated cases as required. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent - Basic technical knowledge of software products - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Word - Supply Chain experience preferred - Experience working in a team-oriented environment - Up to 10% travel annually required Requirements - Ability to recognize problems, gather information, and escalate to leadership when necessary. - Internet savvy and computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Must be able to follow documented processes and be detail oriented. - Strong accountability and integrity due to the sensitive nature of information. - Strong customer support skills. - Clear and effective verbal and written communication. - Ability to regularly meet or exceed KPI and QA standards. - Ability to grow and adapt to changing guidelines or processes. Role Description The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes and business requirements for initiatives that support Farmer Mac’s strategic objectives. The technical analyst in this position partners with business analysts from the Business Transformation team and the business organization to communicate and clarify business needs for development and implementation by the Information Technology team(s). - Contribute to the development of Day in the Life Use Case definitions, business requirements, and business rules. - Create current and future state technical/workflow/data diagrams. - Define data conversion mappings, data integrations, and data quality standards to ensure IT services align with business needs. - Collaborate with business transformation business analysts to provide process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost-versus-benefit assessments. - Broker other IT services and communicate trends and requirements with business and IT staff. - Define technical requirements via industry-standard, model-driven analysis techniques. - Document and manage requirements via approved processes, templates, and tools throughout the software development life cycle. - Develop and maintain effective working relationships with both business and IT. - Interact extensively with members of the IT team, including the Enterprise Architect, Enterprise Data Architect, Database Administrators, and technical delivery teams. - Occasionally liaise with external stakeholders. We're hiring a mid-level Business Analyst to join our delivery team and own requirements work end to end across active client engagements — from discovery through to UAT and handover. You'll work alongside senior BAs, solution architects, and technical consultants, translating business needs into clear, buildable Salesforce solutions.
