Role Description GovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Program Analyst to support enterprise observability, logging, and compliance initiatives supporting critical federal operations. This position provides programmatic support for large-scale technology modernization and compliance efforts, including enterprise logging, monitoring, and cybersecurity-related initiatives. The Senior Program Analyst coordinates activities across technical teams, stakeholders, and government customers while supporting project planning, documentation, reporting, governance, and sustainment activities. This position will be fully remote within the United States. - Support planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise technology and compliance initiatives. - Work closely with technical teams, program leadership, and government stakeholders to manage project activities, documentation, reporting, and operational processes. - Coordinate project activities, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across technical and business teams. - Support planning, execution, and sustainment activities for enterprise logging, monitoring, and compliance initiatives. - Assist with tracking project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items. - Develop, maintain, and update SOPs, implementation plans, governance documentation, and program artifacts. - Support requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional communications. - Support documentation and compliance activities associated with federal mandates, policies, and operational requirements. - Support project status tracking and assist with preparation of metrics, reports, and updates for program leadership and stakeholders. - Support coordination of engineering activities and facilitate alignment between technical teams and program objectives. - Assist with backlog management, intake processes, technical debt tracking, and operational planning activities. - Facilitate meetings, working groups, workshops, and stakeholder communications. - Support knowledge management, training coordination, and process improvement initiatives. - Assist with transition planning, sustainment activities, and operational readiness efforts. - Collaborate with government stakeholders, program leadership, and technical teams to support successful delivery of program objectives. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). - Experience supporting IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or technology programs. - Experience coordinating project activities, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. - Experience developing and maintaining documentation, SOPs, reports, and program artifacts. - Experience tracking project actions, risks, issues, and performance metrics. - Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Requirements - Clearance Required: Public Trust Preferred Skills and Experience - Experience supporting federal government programs. - Experience supporting compliance, governance, cybersecurity, or technology modernization initiatives. - Experience with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools such as Jira. - Familiarity with enterprise logging, monitoring, observability, or cybersecurity programs. - PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification. - Experience supporting training, knowledge management, and process improvement activities.
