• Scale Airtable Builder Crews (User Groups) • Help expand Airtable's Builder Crews program as we grow from primarily virtual engagement to community-led, in-person experiences. • Drive Community Engagement • Help create meaningful opportunities for customers to learn from one another and deepen their relationship with Airtable. • Improve Community Operations • Build the operational foundation needed to support a growing portfolio of programs.

Job Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in community management, customer programs, customer education, operations, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling community programs, such as user groups, ambassador programs, advocacy initiatives, or community-led events.
  • An AI-native operator mindset and proven track record of using AI to plan, create, analyze, automate, and execute work.
  • Strong program management and operational skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, build scalable processes, and drive projects from concept through execution.
  • Strong written communication and community engagement skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Education, and other stakeholders.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience measuring program performance and using insights to guide decisions and investments.
