Role Description This position will be housed under a subsidiary organization of C3, Community Pharmacy Cooperative, LLC (CPC). The Prior Authorization Specialist is responsible for processing and submitting prior authorizations on behalf of FQHCs working with C3/CPC. Meeting the pharmacy related needs of the ACO and its members is the focus of CPC. The Prior Authorization Specialist’s duties include: - Supporting the management of patients requiring prior authorizations. - Providing prior authorization services, including: - Insurance benefit investigation - Copay assistance - Foundation support - Insourcing the dispensing function of Specialty Medications - Identifying and qualifying patients eligible for medication patient assistance programs and foundations. - Communicating with providers, patients, pharmacy, and health center teams in a professional and efficient manner. - Interfacing with program administrators for reimbursement assistance programs sponsored by the drug manufacturer. - Tracking, documenting, and reporting cost savings associated with patient assistance drug recovery programs and providing updates to pharmacy management. - Providing guidance to patients on patient assistance programs (e.g., providing manufacturer coupons to patients, if available). - Following all applicable departmental and CPC Policies and Procedures (as they pertain to operations, quality assurance, goals, and priorities). - Customer Service - communicating with patients in a friendly, welcoming manner with greetings provided by management. - Completing updates of accurate demographic information such as address, date of birth, insurance information, and allergies. - Resolving insurance-related issues, including prior authorizations, and assisting patients with various forms of financial assistance. Physical Nature of the Job: - Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently to move objects. - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50-75% of the time. Qualifications - Current licensure in Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a pharmacy technician. - 1 year experience in submitting prior authorizations on behalf of a medical center. - GED or High School diploma required. Requirements - Expertise in prior authorization submission to PBMs. - Ability to manage processes and develop implementation strategies. - Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting. - Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. - Strong analytical and organizational skills including the ability to analyze data to identify trends and communicate them through effective reporting methods. - Strong attention to detail. - Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills including experience presenting complex information to senior leaders. - Skilled in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve objectives. Desired Other Skills - Familiarity with the MassHealth ACO program. - Familiarity with Federally Qualified Health Centers. - Experience with anti-racism activities, and/or lived experience with racism is highly preferred. • Own power electronics architecture and design decisions across CellSwitch™ applications for AI data centres, including conversion topology, operational dynamics, protection and control interfaces • Provide expert technical leadership in resonant power conversion, control, thermal management, EMI/EMC, insulation, fault management, safety and reliability • Prioritise, schedule and drive activities through TRL stage gates, keeping the team focused on the highest-value technical and commercial outcomes • Guide hands-on design, simulation, prototyping, testing, debugging and performance evaluation of systems, subsystems and critical components • Work with internal and external stakeholders to turn market opportunities and customer needs into clear technical requirements and product direction • Identify and manage technical risks across safety, reliability, manufacturability, schedule, cost, standards compliance and performance • Oversee R&D facility operations as needed to service AI compute development, including lab capability, equipment readiness, safe test practices, maintenance and future orientation • Own and evolve Relectrify's technical roadmap for AI compute markets, aligned with our broader technology and commercial strategy • Continuously read market shifts in AI compute power infrastructure and translate them into roadmap priorities and business strategy recommendations • Recruit, develop and retain the team, establishing effective engineering practices, design reviews, test discipline and a clear decision-making cadence • Establish scalable R&D facility operations and lab practices that support safe, efficient and repeatable development, validation and demonstration • Contribute to our intellectual property portfolio through invention disclosures and strategic patent recommendations • Support customer, partner and investor engagement with credible technical summaries, presentations, demonstrations and due diligence responses • Create a clear path from R&D outcomes to productisation, covering manufacturability, supplier engagement, qualification planning and handover to downstream teams

• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, identify operational pain points, and evaluate opportunities for AI adoption. • Design, test, refine, and document reusable prompts and prompt workflows for approved large language model platforms. • Develop and support AI-enabled workflows that improve operational efficiency and automate manual processes. • Support demonstrations, training sessions, and user adoption activities that help stakeholders effectively leverage AI capabilities. • Use approved AI platforms to assist stakeholders with research, summarization, reporting, analysis, and development of decision-support content. • Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with mission requirements. • Research emerging AI capabilities and identify practical use cases that support mission objectives. • Support rapid prototyping, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI solutions. • Document AI use cases, workflows, findings, lessons learned, and recommendations. • Collaborate with technical teams to support deployment and integration efforts. • Identify opportunities for advanced AI capabilities, automation, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI solutions and coordinate with technical teams as needed.
