Role Description Akima Systems Engineering is looking for a Remote Engineering Technician V to manage RF communication systems for the U.S. Coast Guard's C5I Service Center. The role is remote and requires up to 25% travel. Qualifications - Active Secret (or Interim Secret Clearance). - Associate degree in engineering technology OR completion of USCG OR DOD Technical “A” School is required. - Minimum eight (8) years of experience in maintenance and installation of DOD or USCG Command, Control, and Communication Systems is required. - 25% travel is required. - Must be able to perform duties climbing ladders, standing and bending.
