Role Description As the Lead Engineer – Support, you will handle complex and escalated application and network infrastructure support cases while serving as a technical resource for integration and delivery activities within the entroCIM platform. This role supports the implementation and ongoing operation of customer environments, including system integration, data flow validation, and platform functionality.
