• Own full-cycle recruiting for mid and senior-level roles across Sales and Marketing, with consistent delivery across multiple verticals simultaneously • Build and execute sourcing strategies that generate qualified, diverse pipelines, and adapt those strategies based on funnel performance, not just instinct • Conduct structured screens and interviews, design interview plans, and lead calibrated debriefs that result in clear, defensible hiring decisions • Manage 20+ phone screens per week and drive 360+ outbound contacts per quarter • Hold the bar on candidate quality, give direct and honest feedback, and avoid passing weak profiles to sidestep an uncomfortable conversation • Maintain accurate, real-time pipeline data in Greenhouse and self-report on progress to leadership without being asked • Track funnel metrics, identify root causes of slowdowns, and bring data-informed recommendations to stakeholder conversations • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders as a talent advisor: shape role scoping, set expectations on candidate profiles, and influence as a subject matter expert. • Work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Compensation to navigate offer approvals and headcount processes with operational integrity • Build or improve multiple workflows, processes, or tools that create efficiency beyond your own req load
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on Sales, Revenue, or Marketing roles in SaaS
- Demonstrated delivery in high-growth environments where you managed complexity and ambiguity
- Comfort and credibility working with stakeholders at all levels, including the ability to challenge and influence, not just execute
- Strong data fluency: you monitor your own funnel health, diagnose issues before they surface in a check-in, and use data to drive stakeholder conversations
- Proven AI and process efficiency capability: you have built repeatable workflows or automation that measurably improved your output, and you can speak to what you built, why it works, and what changed
- Familiarity with Revenue teams, high-performing marketing orgs, and product-led growth models
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and Gem, with clean data hygiene as a non-negotiable operating habit
- Clear, direct communicator who can influence without authority across functions
- High agency: you identify problems, generate solutions, and drive progress without waiting for direction.
