Role Description DAS Health is seeking a Senior Account Manager to help grow and expand our ambulatory healthcare client base by driving meaningful, solution-oriented account growth. This role is designed for a senior-level account professional who thrives on expanding existing relationships, uncovering new opportunities within current accounts, and consistently driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling. - Own and grow a portfolio of existing ambulatory healthcare client accounts with a primary focus on revenue expansion. - Develop and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies aligned with company revenue and growth objectives. - Identify expansion opportunities using account segmentation, service utilization, client maturity, and industry trends. - Drive growth across DAS Health offerings, including managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and healthcare technology. - Build and execute account-specific growth plans, expansion playbooks, and strategic initiatives. - Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to deliver scalable growth motions. - Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning technology solutions to business, operational, and compliance needs. - Track and report key performance indicators such as expansion ARR, retention, attach rates, and product penetration. - Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on growth performance and expansion trends. - Support long-term client success by aligning expansion efforts to measurable outcomes and value realization.
