Role Description In this role, you will participate in the design, development, and evaluation of control systems components and processes. You will collaborate and support other engineering disciplines for control systems matters. Your professional work knowledge and abilities through the application of standard control systems engineering techniques will enable you to make impactful contributions to the team. Qualifications - Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience. Requirements - Must be fluent in Polish and have the right to live and work in Poland without sponsorship. - Experience in power plant or other industrial process facility design. - Knowledge of industry and regulatory guides, codes, and standards pertinent to control systems engineering and nuclear industry; (US, EU, PL) (e.g., IEC, ISA, ISO, ASME, DIN and/or ANSI/IEEE). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 application suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.). - Proficient knowledge of control systems engineering work processes, procedures, and specifications. - Willingness to travel on business trips in support of the project to client, supplier, business partner facilities or to site, as required. - Familiar with or course work in control theory. - Familiar with industry-wide Control Systems system calculation/design tools (e.g., instrument set-point calculation software, CAD 2D and loop designing software, etc.). - Progress toward obtaining Poland Professional Engineering License (SEP). Role Description The Power Systems and Controls Engineer will serve as a key technical leader in power system modeling, simulation, and controls for renewable generation, energy storage, and microgrid applications across transmission, distribution, and behind-the-meter systems.
