• Lead the identification, pursuit, and conversion of new health plan clients in the Medicaid space • Own and execute The Helper Bees’ sales and business development processes for Medicaid • Serve as The Helper Bees’ Medicaid subject matter expert • Monitor Medicaid policy changes, RFP activity, and competitor actions • Deliver regular performance updates to the VP of Growth and executive leadership
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated success driving Medicaid market growth
- Deep understanding of Medicaid programs, procurement cycles, bid process, Stars, and the operational priorities of MCO’s
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence and engage executive leadership
- Demonstrated success in complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise sales
- Data-driven decision-making and forecasting, with strong CRM fluency
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
