• Contacter les clients à l'expiration de la période de garantie pour les transférer sur nos contrats de maintenance de service afin de développer les activités à long terme • Piloter l'amélioration des processus dans les contrats de service, notamment la rapidité des renouvellements, la conversion des garanties et la vente de nouveaux services. • Servir de point de contact pour les clients, les ventes, les ingénieurs, les directeurs de district et les fournisseurs dans le but de conserver la croissance de l’activité • Vendre les contrats en directes, incluant les prix et les propositions. • Travailler en étroite collaboration le Service pour identifier les opportunités, fournir des pistes d’amélioration et ajouter des services. • Atteindre les quotas et les objectifs tout en travaillant dans une structure matricielle, géographiquement éloignée des collègues

Job Requirements

  • Diplôme de premier cycle ou expérience pertinente
  • Expérience dans un environnement de vente B2B, ou expérience dans un domaine ou une industrie connexe (par exemple, sciences de la vie, biomédical, sciences de la vie)
  • Excellentes capacités de communication.
  • Capable de transmettre la valeur particulière de l'offre et de se concentrer sur les points de différenciation (expérience antérieure en télémarketing/ventes internes et en service à la clientèle est un plus)
  • Français et anglais courant.
  • Autres langues (espagnol, italien) européennes considérées comme un plus
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Sharepoint, etc.) requise, expérience avec les outils CRM (Oracle, Salesforce) fortement préférée, expérience supplémentaire avec les outils d'analyse ou d'analyse commerciale (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) considérée comme un plus.
