• Establish professional relationships with our franchisees/KOP/Restaurant General Managers within your designated territory to ensure everyone is informed through frequent and open communications built on trust and respect. • Ensure that franchisees/operations teams are following company brand standards. • Complete an Operations Excellence Review (OER) a minimum of once a year on every restaurant and provide a documented review/action plan with every Franchisee/KOP to provide recognition and address opportunities. • Work cross functionally during promo rollouts to lead field/in store training to ensure our system is prepared for a successful promo launch and post launch follow-up deliver an exceptional guest experience and drive sales. • Show a sincere interest in being in the field, working with our teams and coaching towards achievement, scheduling to visit every store in your territory a minimum of four documented visits throughout the year. • Lead and facilitate annual P&L collection and schedule annual P&L performance reviews with each franchisee identifying strengths and areas of opportunity to improve performance and profitability. • Drive new store growth through expandable franchisees and mitigate potential closures by identifying strong internal franchisees to the transfer process. • Support operational testing and other related company initiatives pertaining to marketing, technology, and operational programs and provide timely feedback. • Provide opening assistance for all new franchisees and transfers for new and current owners. • Work with franchisees to create LSM Plans for their stores to improve overall sales and profits. • Demonstrate a high level of administrative competence to stay organized and follow through on necessary tasks.

Role Description The purpose of this international consultancy is to document, compile, and curate promising digital CSE models relevant in the Asia Pacific region, focusing on factors influencing adolescents’ use of these platforms. - Conduct a landscape analysis of promising digital CSE models for adaptation and scaling in the Asia Pacific region. - Map factors and digital determinants for adolescent SRHR. - Identify common pathways through which digital ecosystems impact adolescent knowledge, attitudes, norms, practices, and online safety. Key components will include: - Conceptual framework mapping digital ecosystem factors affecting adolescent SRHR. - State of Evidence and Scoping Review of digital ASRHR and CSE models in the Asia Pacific region. - Analysis of digital determinants used by young people. - Scoping and documentation of promising digital CSE models, especially youth-led and scalable initiatives. - Identify pathways that facilitate CSE-ASRH linkages. The documentation process will include a desk review, regional consultations, and validation of models addressing digital determinants. Qualifications - Master’s level in Public Health, Social Sciences, Psychology, or other interdisciplinary disciplines with technology. - A minimum of 5 years’ experience in adolescent and youth health, technology, and AI. - Experience with youth SRHR and online safety is an asset. - Regional experience in Asia-Pacific is strongly preferred. - Prior experience in conducting scoping reviews and qualitative interviews. - Demonstrated experience in evidence synthesis and knowledge translation for policy and programme audiences. - Experience working with youth and youth-led entities, especially online communities and digital platforms. - Prior experience with fostering communities of practice and digital content creation is a plus. • Develop and support air emissions inventories, including GHG and criteria air contaminants • Apply established regulatory methodologies and emissions factors in line with Canadian frameworks (e.g., TIER, OBPS, NPRI) • Perform QA/QC checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of emissions calculations and reporting outputs • Interpret and analyze emissions data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities • Support the configuration and implementation of digital platforms such as Enablon AQS and Metrics • Translate emissions calculation methodologies into system-based workflows and logic • Validate system outputs against manual calculations and regulatory requirements • Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ongoing optimization of digital tools • Develop standardized templates, tools, and dashboards to support emissions reporting and analysis • Implement automated workflows and data pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes • Design and maintain robust data quality controls and validation checks • Support client engagements by delivering high-quality technical and digital solutions within established timelines • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including technical, digital, and regulatory experts • Communicate technical findings, methodologies, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team

• Support technical leaders throughout requirements gathering and design phases, take notes during client interviews and meetings, and develop relevant questions to understand client business details. • Configure and deploy Anaplan solutions, ensuring that they meet client needs and are delivered on time and within budget. • Contribute to the configuration of EPM software and assist with system testing. • Resolve and articulate technical issues confidently through debugging, research, and investigation, and assist with production support issues as required. • Assist with configuration reviews to provide useful feedback and be open to receive and implement feedback received from project team and leadership. • Maintain client focus and demonstrate ownership of tasks under your responsibility and ensure applicable deadlines are reached. • Convey understanding of the 'why' behind business requirements. • Understand your role on the project and team, and meet project priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones. • Create and maintain documentation for EPM solutions, including user guides, technical specifications, and training materials. • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for end-users. • Deliver demonstrations to audiences ranging from executives to business users. • Stay up to date with Anaplan platform releases and feature updates, and best practices within the industry and pursue or maintain required and recommended certifications. • Maintain effective working relationships with team members and understand how to engage with the client appropriately. • Demonstrate and continue to develop strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the effective use of EPM systems.
