• Implement and configure Intapp’s Collaboration platform software in the customer’s M365 environment. • Conduct meetings to gather/refine and document business requirements. • Configure software and confirm expected functionality. • Demonstrate configured software to solicit customer’s feedback/refinement. • Work with the customer’s IT team to coordinate M365 tasks. • Facilitate UAT and training activities with the customer’s project team. • Communicate and manage issues with the Intapp project manager, ensuring timely project delivery within budget.

• Ensure that every customer derives the most value possible from the platform leading to retention and business expansion • Identify, comprehend and clearly articulate customers' requirements to generate an end-to-end solution to their business challenges • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tie them to specific Sprinklr use cases, product features, benefits and value propositions • Identify platform gaps, and optimization opportunities; designing and configuring the appropriate solutions so client expectations regarding platform use-cases and functionalities are fulfilled • Own & deliver the end-to-end configuration of solution based on the customer requirements • Handle the post go-live change management of configuration throughout the customer life cycle • Be the hands-on product expert and ensure customer’s business goals are met • Act as day-to-day contact for stakeholders in brand, agencies and for System Administrators • Analyse and elevate customer’s consumption of contract, adoption of the product and generation of upsell or cross-sell • Provide oversight on any additional enablement of the software deployment to be in line with current architecture and future client needs or business requirements • Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and find suitable entities which could benefit from utilising AI to drive greater ROI • Establish and nurture senior level relationships built on trust, develop client champions and identify key stakeholders • Capture development areas for product improvement and collaborate with product managers and engineering for necessary corrective actions • Actively make sure you are knowledgeable on native channel’s products package • Work with clients to improve the social service itself and its alignment with the client's core business • Provide on-going training support and ad hoc training sessions to always keep customers educated on Sprinklr’s know-hows • Identify opportunities for customer references and case studies • Maintain platform relevancy according to changes in business needs

Role Description The International Water Management Institute (IWMI) is supporting the Government of Malawi and development partners in strengthening water security, climate resilience, irrigation governance, monitoring and evaluation systems, evidence-based planning, and sector coordination. IWMI seeks to engage a National Consultant to provide technical, analytical, stakeholder engagement, learning, and programme support services in Malawi. The objective of this consultancy is to provide in-country technical and programme support to IWMI’s Malawi portfolio through: - Evidence generation - Stakeholder engagement - Documentation of progress and lessons - Follow-up of agreed actions - Identification of implementation bottlenecks - Support to policy and sector coordination processes The consultant will serve as an important link between IWMI, government institutions, development partners, and other stakeholders, while contributing to the production of high-quality technical and knowledge products. Qualifications - A bachelor’s degree in economics, Agricultural Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, Water Resources Management, Environmental Sciences, Climate Change, Irrigation, Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Geography, Agribusiness, or a related discipline. - A master’s degree in a related discipline. Requirements - Minimum of three years' experience in the relevant profession. - Experience in water, climate resilience, agriculture, governance, policy, monitoring and evaluation, or development programming. - Demonstrated experience in preparing technical reports, workshop reports, policy briefs, or other analytical products. - Experience supporting development programmes, research activities, policy processes, sector reviews, or stakeholder engagement initiatives. - Experience working with government institutions, development partners, civil society organizations, or research institutions. - Experience supporting sector coordination processes (desirable). - Experience supporting policy dialogue and stakeholder consultation processes (desirable). - Familiarity with Malawi’s public sector planning and implementation systems (desirable). - Experience working in water, agriculture, climate resilience, natural resources, food systems, or related sectors (desirable).
