About the Role We are seeking outstanding Executive / VIP Business Travel Consultants to deliver an elite, seven-star service experience to senior leaders, executives, and high-value corporate clients. This role is designed for someone who understands that Executive Travel is not transactional it is highly personalised, time-critical, and relationship-driven. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in hospitality, premium travel, or luxury customer service, paired with a solid understanding of contact centre operations where productivity, efficiency, and CSAT must coexist. You will be comfortable operating at pace, managing complex itineraries, and making confident decisions on behalf of discerning clients. You will have strong GDS experience though we are able to provide full cross platform training for candidates who have experience in Amadeus, Sabre or another GDS. About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Business Travel Consultant that is passionate about enhancing the experience of business travelers and is an expert in the Galileo GDS system. What You Will Do: - Provide first-class, 7-star service to business travelers, managing travel bookings, amendments, and cancellations efficiently. - Arrange European and domestic travel, including flights, car rentals, and hotels. - Work independently, using your initiative to handle client inquiries and provide solutions without supervision. - Communicate with clients via live chat, telephone, and email, ensuring all interactions are professional, friendly, and accurate. - Undertake travel reservations and amendments for Click Travel customers, prioritizing customer service and booking accuracy. - Proactively maintain and develop client relationships, offering support throughout the entire travel process. - Provide suitable travel options and suggestions to meet client requirements. - Ensure all service level agreements are met and actively maintain the Galileo GDS queues. - Mentor and support junior team members, assisting with their queries and quality-checking their work as needed. - Support the Team Leader and collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high level of service. • Work in Amadeus to support our B2B customers in their Business Travels • Liaise with suppliers and partners to resolve booking issues • Keep high satisfaction standards and exceed customer expectations as much as possible when managing bookings, queries and requests • Resolve problems by applying established Perk policies, procedures and tactics, and also by thinking out of the box when anything established is not enough • Addressing, preempting and solving problems - You are an owner and anticipate issues before they come your way! • Document and share customer feedback to help refine service delivery. • Support the team in achieving retention and satisfaction goals specific to the NAM market. • Help define and establish best practices together with the rest of the team in sales, operations and customer care • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches in Perk - there are lots, so be prepared for some serious innovation!
