Sales Development Representative, SDR

Weekday

• Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and outreach campaigns. • Understand client pain points and identify opportunities where Weekday AI creates value. • Drive qualification conversations and schedule product walkthroughs with decision-makers. • Maintain active follow-ups to consistently move prospects through the sales funnel. • Track performance metrics, analyze conversion patterns, and optimize outreach strategies. • Take ownership of monthly targets and directly contribute to Weekday’s revenue growth. • Collaborate with the sales team and founders to refine messaging, pitches, and workflows.

Job Requirements

  • 2025 graduates only — candidates must be ready for full-time work; college-enrolled students are not eligible.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • A natural seller — someone who can confidently sell any product they believe in.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-driven, competitive, and excited by goals, metrics, and rewards.
  • Comfortable working remotely with high accountability and ownership.
