• Dual-Track Prospecting: Split your time between outbound prospecting for a SaaS engagement tool and executing live transfers for an insurance agency. • Lead Generation: Navigate enterprise organizations to identify key decision-makers and schedule high-quality demos for the sales team. • Cold Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calling and strategic emailing campaigns to both enterprise prospects and consumers. • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM. • Strategic Growth: Participate in daily morning and afternoon prospecting blocks to maximize reach across the EST timezone. • Market Education: Articulate the value of transforming physical wait times into digital engagement opportunities without the friction of app downloads.
Job Requirements
- Native-Level English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Timezone Alignment: Ability to work a strict 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST schedule.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in outbound sales, specifically in reaching both enterprise-level stakeholders and individual consumers.
- Independence: The ability to work autonomously in a remote, offshore capacity while remaining highly disciplined and results-oriented.
- Resilience: A thick skin and the "hunter" mentality required to thrive in a high-volume cold calling environment.
- Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with SaaS or HR/Patient Experience technology.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Outreach, and Slack.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry or handling live transfers.
- Formal training in cold calling and email sequencing.
