Job Summary Seeking a polished Executive Assistant to support 2 Executive Vice Presidents of Strategy (NYSE: CRH). Must have exceptional communication and computer skills. Seeking someone with years of experience supporting and collaborating with an executive of a large organization managing multiple priorities, calendars and projects. Must have a great aptitude for solving problems, finding solutions, and adapting in a demanding environment. Job Location This position will require someone to be based in our Miami location when the EVPs are in the office with flexibility to work remote when traveling. Job Responsibilities - Provide high level executive support to the CRH Strategy EVPs - Maximizing the time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; collecting and analyzing information; initiating phone calls on their behalf etc. - Manage the day to day in a small office - Complex calendar management - Event planning and execution including researching venues, negotiating contracts, coordinating activities, sending invites and all other related activities - Plan and schedule all meeting logistics. - Review expense reports - Work with global Executive Assistant team - Manage all travel arrangements - Work on preparing all prep materials for plant visits, meetings etc. - Accounts payable management for President's office - Reservation management - Coordinating tasks with other Executive Assistants when appropriate - Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion - Managing multiple email inboxes for the EVPs - Availability to travel on occasion.
