Role Description As an Enterprise Account Executive at LettrLabs, you will lead our new business acquisition efforts. This role is perfect for a top-performing salesperson who excels in a dynamic environment and is eager to close new deals. You will focus primarily on Enterprise clients ($50M+ in annual revenue), utilizing your expertise to engage new prospects, guide them through the sales journey, and contribute directly to LettrLabs’ revenue growth. - Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire sales process from prospecting and outreach to closing, identifying high-value opportunities and driving them through the pipeline. - New Account Hunting: Develop and execute outbound strategies to secure new business, focusing on mid-market clients within LettrLabs’ target sectors. - Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, utilizing HubSpot for CRM management and Salesloft and Apollo for prospecting and outreach. - Revenue Generation: Drive substantial revenue growth, achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Product Expertise: Clearly articulate LettrLabs’ value proposition, delivering tailored demos and presentations that align with client needs. - Collaboration: Work closely with our product and marketing teams to provide feedback from the field, helping refine our offering and sales messaging. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, especially in new business acquisition. - Experience selling to Enterprise clients, with a preference for candidates familiar with digital or direct mail advertising. - Comfort with closing deals with ACV of $500K+ - Proficient in HubSpot, Gong, and Apollo, or similar tools for CRM and outbound efforts. - Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed and earn commissions. - Strong communication skills, able to craft compelling narratives and guide prospects through a complex sales process. Role Description This position classifies according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS), participates in government agencies clearances (PGA), Code of Regulations, and Customs regulations.
