Job Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience across People Operations or HR Ops, with at least some leadership or team lead experience.
- Prior SaaS or high-growth tech experience is essential.
- Deep, hands-on fluency with AI tools, agent builders, and agentic workflows.
- Strong technical instincts: comfortable with APIs, integrations, automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar), and prompt engineering as core craft, not adjacent skills.
- Multi-country HR Ops experience strongly preferred but not essential.
- Proven ability to redesign operational processes from the ground up rather than incrementally improve them.
- Working knowledge of US benefits administration and HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Data fluency: you build operational dashboards, read funnel metrics, and use AI to analyze data.
- A systems thinker capable of designing interlocking People Ops, TA, and Benefits functions.
- Player-coach mindset: graduate to operate independently and also build the work yourself.
- Unquestioned integrity and high EQ with sensitive employee and candidate data.
- Excitement about AI's impact on the People function and a strong point of view on AI-native HR operations.

Role Description BigPanda is looking for a Senior People Operations Partner to serve as the operational backbone of our People team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role owns the full lifecycle of people programs that keep BigPanda compliant, competitive, and caring — from compensation and total rewards to leave management, and global entity operations. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Security, HRBP and recruiting teams, and colleagues across the business to deliver seamless employee experiences and ensure regulatory compliance.
