Role Description BigPanda is looking for a Senior People Operations Partner to serve as the operational backbone of our People team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role owns the full lifecycle of people programs that keep BigPanda compliant, competitive, and caring — from compensation and total rewards to leave management, and global entity operations. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Security, HRBP and recruiting teams, and colleagues across the business to deliver seamless employee experiences and ensure regulatory compliance. ensure data accuracy, access controls, and system integrity - Partner with Finance and leadership on compensation modeling, merit planning, and budget alignment - Lead compensation benchmarking using survey data and market intelligence; translate findings into actionable recommendations - Support managers and HRBPs with compensation decisions, ensuring consistency, equity, and competitiveness - Drive education and transparency around compensation philosophy and total rewards across the employee lifecycle Compliance - Own and maintain employee handbooks, ensuring they remain current, legally sound, and aligned to BigPanda values in each location where we operate - Manage the full library of HR policies and procedures;
