The Marketing Manager should have experience in omni-channel, insights-based marketing, demonstrated capabilities in developing and executing online marketing strategy, and examples of measuring and communicating the impact of marketing efforts. This individual will lead integrated marketing with an emphasis on online strategy and execution, including website, digital, social and CRM. This Marketer will be responsible for effectively executing tactical campaigns and initiatives to drive demand for Lumexa Imaging Services as part of our outpatient imaging portfolio. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Aid in development of local market and customer strategy, using data, insights, and competitor knowledge to identify opportunities and shape go-to-market plans that produce measurable results. - Implement omnichannel strategies with tactical plans and marketing mix for Imaging Services to drive demand in our outpatient imaging centers, including digital and traditional media advertising, collateral development, email marketing, social media, events, and more. - Develop insights-led marketing creative and content, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and key customer insights across direct to consumer, direct to healthcare provider and sales channels. - Implement Marketing Excellence framework, including segmentation/ targeting, business intelligence tools, and KPI reporting with marketing team. - Execute launch excellence for new center locations and technology/ innovation pipeline investments. - Engage with Sales to activate the brands within the Sales channel with physician materials and strategic promotional efforts. - Plan, manage and execute brand digital, social and CRM marketing initiatives in collaboration with our agency partners, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, website updates, social media, CRM, and emerging AI/LLM content development. - Identify trends and evaluate emerging platforms/technologies to optimize spend and performance based on user insights. - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or other relevant area. - 3-6 years of marketing/brand management experience with emphasis in online strategy. - Experience working with a cross-functional team to achieve goals. - Previous healthcare or consumer services experience desired but not required. Requirements - Demonstrated capabilities with insights-based marketing brand strategy and omni-channel execution and measurement. - Experience developing creative briefs and executing cohesive content strategy across channels. - Experience in digital marketing strategy, website analytics tools (Google Analytics), and content management systems (WordPress, Elementor). - Experience with social media content/creative development and scheduling (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram; Canva; Hootsuite). - Knowledge of a broad array of tactical marketing mix, including developing materials for sales professionals and direct to consumer/patient materials. - Experience with reputation management platforms. - Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and to deliver results through solid line and dotted line reporting relationships. - Strong work ethic and high level of enthusiasm for the dynamic environment. - Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Marketo, or other email marketing CRM platform. - Strong verbal and written communication skills: making the best use of interpersonal skills to communicate with internal functions/key stakeholders. - Demonstrated project management skills; strong attention to detail and timelines. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
