Role Description Uniti Fiber is seeking a strategic, hands-on, and transformational marketing executive to serve as the senior leader responsible for the company’s full marketing and go-to-market function. This role will own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for the business, including: - Internal and external marketing - Brand, positioning, and product marketing - Demand generation and digital marketing - Communications and sales enablement - Customer lifecycle marketing and marketing operations - Analytics and agency management Reporting to the President of Sales, this executive will build and lead the marketing organization, define the company’s market story, and create a scalable go-to-market engine that drives revenue growth, market penetration, and brand strength. The ideal candidate is both a strategic architect and an execution-focused operator who can build from the ground up, lead cross-functional alignment, and deliver measurable business impact. What You'll Do - Develop and lead the overall marketing and go-to-market strategy for Uniti Fiber - Build a high-performing marketing organization with clear structure, accountability, and performance expectations - Define market segmentation, target audiences, ideal customer profiles, and value propositions - Lead brand strategy, brand architecture, messaging, and positioning across all customer and stakeholder audiences - Own product marketing, including launch planning, competitive differentiation, sales messaging, and commercialization strategy - Design and execute integrated demand generation programs to drive awareness, lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue - Oversee digital marketing strategy and execution across web, paid media, SEO/SEM, content, email, and social channels - Lead field and channel marketing initiatives that support direct and partner sales motions - Own sales enablement strategy, including collateral, tools, messaging, training, and launch communications - Lead external communications, public relations, thought leadership, and reputation-building efforts - Develop customer marketing programs that support acquisition, onboarding, retention, upsell, and advocacy - Establish the marketing operating model, including annual planning, budget management, KPI reporting, attribution, martech, and analytics - Partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, and executive leadership to align strategy and execution - Manage agency and vendor relationships to maximize performance, efficiency, and return on investment Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred - 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including executive ownership of a broad marketing function - Proven experience leading both strategy and execution across brand, product marketing, demand generation, digital, and communications - Strong track record of building or transforming marketing organizations and operating models - Demonstrated success driving pipeline, revenue growth, market expansion, and customer engagement - Experience in telecom, fiber, broadband, connectivity, technology, or similarly complex B2B growth environments strongly preferred - Deep understanding of go-to-market planning, commercialization, and cross-functional execution - Strong financial and analytical acumen, including budget ownership, forecasting, and performance measurement - Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, high-accountability environment Leadership Profile The successful candidate will be: - A strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts - A builder who can create structure, process, and momentum from the ground up - A leader who can balance vision with operational discipline - A collaborative executive who can influence across functions and levels - A decisive, accountable operator with a bias for action - A strong people leader who can attract, develop, and retain top talent Success in the Role Will Be Measured By - Development of a clear, differentiated market position for Uniti Fiber - Improved awareness, demand creation, and pipeline generation - Strong alignment across Sales, Product, and Marketing - Increased effectiveness of product launches and commercial programs - Scalable marketing processes, systems, and reporting - Measurable impact on revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and brand strength Reporting Relationship - Reports to: President of Sales, Uniti Fiber - Suggested Direct Functional Ownership: - Product Marketing and Go-to-Market - Demand Generation and Digital Marketing - Brand, Content, and Communications - Field and Channel Marketing - Marketing Operations and Analytics - Sales Enablement - Customer Marketing Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Plans - 401K Plan - Health & Flexible Savings Account - Life and AD&D, Spousal Life, Child Life Insurance Plans - Educational Assistance Plan

• Lead, develop and execute the US promotional strategy for the Brukinsa, including, but not limited to message development, personal and non-personal promotional tactics, customer segmentation and targeting. • Ensure that all promotional strategies are informed and supported by field perspectives by working closely with Sales leadership. • Develop and execute on DTC TV strategy working with NPP lead on TV Media execution. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Market Access, Medical Affairs, Patient Advocacy, and Corporate Affairs to align on key strategies and messages across stakeholders. • Establish and maintain a productive partnership with members of the promotional review committee (PRC) and foster a collaborative environment in which to evaluate and assess promotional messaging. • Partner with Business Analytics to align on market research needs and implement methodology to assess promotional effectiveness. • Continually analyze the business landscape to identify customer and competitor insights and incorporate into promotional plans. • Ensure that all marketing activities conform to company guidelines and local laws. • Effectively communicate brand updates, strategies, and tactics across various forums including Quarterly Business Reviews, Field Meetings, and Leadership Team Meetings. • Contribute to the development of the annual operating plan and supervise and manage vendors to the approved promotional budget. • Coach and develop team members to achieve both business and individual objectives.
