• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the supermarket sector and OEM partner landscape • Develop and grow a high-performing network of channel and OEM partners • Manage partner performance, setting clear expectations, KPIs, and growth plans • Deliver and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives • Lead complex sales engagements, confidently navigating high-value, strategic discussions • Conduct market research to shape go-to-market strategies and competitive positioning • Lead monthly performance reviews with partners and internal sales teams • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Customer teams • Own forecasting, regional sales planning, and annual quota setting • Monitor and optimise core KPIs including pipeline growth, conversion, and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
- Experience within supermarkets, OEM partnerships, building, HVAC, or energy-related sectors preferred
- Strong background in channel and/or OEM partner development and management
- Fearless and highly driven, with the confidence to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
- Commercially astute, with the ability to translate strategy into results
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills
- Data-driven, with experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Self-starter with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset
