Role Description This position assists and contributes to the design, development, and deployment of business systems to meet Retirement Plan division goals and objectives. This role will work on systems for both the NAV and GVA platforms, developing and submitting requirements for enhancements and strategy items. This role will support preparations for the future state project of moving all retirement plans to one recordkeeping system. Perform system testing, as well as troubleshooting issues and maintaining communication with other teams in Retirement Plans on system-related questions and break/fix issues. This position is responsible for the intake of new and conversion plan paperwork on all appropriate systems within the department. Role Description The Sr. Plan Administration Analyst provides administrative services for qualified retirement plans including, but not limited to: - Annual compliance testing - Contribution calculations - Preparation of the Form 5500 This role keeps plans qualified by ensuring all regulatory deadlines are met and working with clients to resolve compliance issues. This position works with and advises other departments on plan compliance matters. This position is remote (within the U.S.A.) and does not require regular in-office presence.
