Job Requirements
- BS degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics)
- 5 years of industry experience
- 3 years of programming experience
- Willing and able to travel
- Degree concentration in electrical or computer engineering
- Experience with NI LabVIEW, NI TestStand, and NI PXI platform, including developer certifications
- English Language Competency and effective oral and written communication skills
- Advanced skill in at least one of the following programming languages: LabVIEW, .NET, Python, C++, C#
- Advanced skill in FPGA development using VHDL or LabView FPGA
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience contributing to organization, account, or engagement strategies
- Able to integrate business, operational, and interpersonal considerations into technical engagements

Role Description Reporting to the Field Services Manager, the Field Service Technician’s primary function is the installation, repair, maintenance and management of both Pregis Packaging and Sharp Systems/Equipment, with predominant focus on Pregis Packaging equipment. In addition to assisting with the equipment needs of their customers, it is the responsibility of Pregis Field Service Technicians to effectively communicate with Pregis Systems Administrators, Regional and Account Managers, and customers about technical and non-technical information regarding their equipment. Responsible for giving product presentations to the customer describing how Lattice products provide the optimum solution to their application. Role Description As a Power Electronics BESS Field Technician – Energy & Carbon, you will be empowered to work across the country at various client sites to conduct assessments, inspections, and complete maintenance on client’s energized assets. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance services on various electrical systems, primarily BESS systems with PV and EV charging station system opportunities.
