Role Description As Trackier continues to expand its global footprint, we are looking for a Senior Visual Designer who can elevate our brand presence and create impactful visual experiences across product, marketing, and digital channels. This role is critical in ensuring that complex product offerings and business messages are communicated through clear, engaging, and consistent visual storytelling. Working closely with Product, Marketing, and Design teams, you will help build a scalable visual identity that supports business growth, strengthens brand recognition, and enhances customer engagement. Key Responsibilities - Visual Design & Brand Development: - Create high-quality visual assets for websites, landing pages, social media, presentations, email campaigns, and digital advertising. - Develop engaging illustrations, graphics, infographics, and marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines. - Ensure consistency of visual identity across all customer-facing touchpoints. - Marketing & Creative Execution: - Design assets for product launches, campaigns, webinars, events, and performance marketing initiatives. - Create case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, sales enablement materials, and other B2B marketing assets. - Support demand generation and brand-building initiatives through effective visual communication. - Collaboration & Design Operations: - Partner with Product, Marketing, and Design teams to deliver cohesive user and brand experiences. - Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and asset libraries. - Contribute to design reviews and uphold quality standards across projects. - Innovation & Mentorship: - Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI-powered design tools. - Identify opportunities to improve creative processes and design efficiency. - Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Brand Design, or a related discipline, preferably within SaaS, technology, or B2B organizations. - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, brand identity, marketing design, UI/UX graphics, and digital communication projects. - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), with familiarity with AI design tools. - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and design systems. - Experience creating digital marketing assets, brand communication materials, presentations, landing pages, and campaign creatives. - Knowledge of motion graphics, creative strategy, and scalable visual design frameworks. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of creativity and attention to detail. - Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in a product-led SaaS company. - Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing. - Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and creative automation workflows.
