Também será responsável por identificar, testar e implementar novas tecnologias e ferramentas baseadas em Inteligência Artificial, ajudando a tornar a operação de conteúdo mais ágil, eficiente, inovadora e orientada por dados. - Desenvolver, coordenar e implementar a estratégia de redes sociais e conteúdo, alinhada aos objetivos de marca e de negócio. - Liderar o planejamento editorial e garantir a execução do calendário de conteúdo para diferentes plataformas, como Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube e outros canais relevantes para a marca. - Coordenar a criação, revisão e publicação de conteúdos relevantes e engajadores, assegurando consistência da marca, adequação ao público-alvo e aderência às melhores práticas de cada canal. - Monitorar tendências de mercado, comportamento do consumidor e inovações no ambiente digital, identificando oportunidades para otimizar a presença da marca nas redes sociais. - Coordenar e orientar o trabalho de analistas, especialistas, agências, influenciadores, creators e demais parceiros envolvidos na operação de redes sociais e conteúdo. - Desenvolver estratégias com influenciadores, creators e iniciativas de conteúdo gerado por usuários, ampliando o alcance, a autenticidade e a relevância da marca. - Planejar, acompanhar e otimizar campanhas pagas de social media em parceria com as equipes responsáveis, contribuindo para o alcance das metas estabelecidas. - Testar novas ferramentas e recursos de Inteligência Artificial aplicados ao marketing digital, avaliando seu impacto em produtividade, performance e eficiência operacional. - Definir, acompanhar e reportar os principais indicadores de desempenho das iniciativas de redes sociais e conteúdo, transformando dados em insights e recomendações para otimização contínua. - Trabalhar em parceria com times como Branding, Performance, Relações Públicas, Trade Marketing e Produto, garantindo integração das iniciativas e consistência das mensagens. - Gerenciar cronogramas, prioridades e orçamento destinado às iniciativas de conteúdo e redes sociais. Qualifications - Fit com a cultura Pearson. - Ensino superior completo em Marketing, Comunicação, Publicidade e Propaganda, Jornalismo ou áreas correlatas. - Experiência sólida em gestão de redes sociais e estratégia de conteúdo, preferencialmente em empresas de médio ou grande porte ou em agências. - Experiência com gestão de projetos e relacionamento com agências, fornecedores, influenciadores e stakeholders internos. - Experiência com gestão de pequenos times e agências, garantindo alinhamento, qualidade das entregas e cumprimento de prazos. - Conhecimento aprofundado das principais plataformas de redes sociais, suas funcionalidades, tendências e melhores práticas. - Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal, com forte capacidade de storytelling e adaptação da linguagem para diferentes públicos e canais. - Perfil analítico, com capacidade de interpretar dados e transformá-los em insights acionáveis. - Organização, capacidade de priorização e habilidade para gerenciar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente. - Proatividade, criatividade e visão estratégica para propor iniciativas inovadoras que fortaleçam a presença digital da marca. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or other relevant area. - 3-6 years of marketing/brand management experience with emphasis in online strategy. - Experience working with a cross-functional team to achieve goals. - Previous healthcare or consumer services experience desired but not required.
