Marketing Team Lead

• Own day-to-day coordination of marketing activity for a dedicated client pod • Lead people and projects while actively preparing content and managing communication • Schedule and publish posts, research opportunities, and keep accounts running smoothly • Monitor progress and follow up team members on deadlines • Provide proactive updates to clients and ensure warm communication • Prepare content calendars and coordinate design and video requirements • Identify content opportunities and suggest educational materials • Run team huddles, write briefs, and support new team members during onboarding • Coordinate various internal teams and maintain standards across the agency

Job Requirements

  • Experience in client delivery and project management
  • Ability to translate direction from onshore directors into actionable tasks
  • Familiarity with ClickUp and client trackers
  • Experience with preparing activity plans and client communications
  • Strong content preparation and publishing skills
  • Research skills, particularly in client industries and local markets
  • Proficiency in managing feedback and revisions
  • Team leadership and coaching experience
  • Proficient in coordinating with designers, editors, and other specialists
  • Technical requirements for self-provided equipment include: Computer (Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5), Windows 11, Noise-Cancelling Headset, Web Cam, and minimum 40-50 Mbps Internet Speed
