Business Development Manager E-Fulfillment Sales

Intertape Polymer Group (IPG)

Role Description The Business Development Manager will be the market and application expert for assigned products in the E-Fulfillment business portfolio. They will actively pursue new business opportunities within the largest e-Fulfillment accounts. They will coordinate with the Senior Director of Sales, other E-Fulfillment Team Members and relevant IPG resources to meet the assigned product revenue and net CM$ goals. - Serve as the product and application “expert” for existing and new products/solutions relevant to e-Fulfillment operations. - Actively identify and pursue opportunities for new products with decision-makers and influencers at all levels within e-Fulfillment organizations. - Prospect fulfillment centers for applications of assigned products; conduct needs-development activities to ensure requirements are clearly understood by all customer stakeholders. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at the fulfillment center level. - Achieve assigned revenue and contribution margin goals for designated product lines. - Manage the sales process from needs development through implementation of IPG solutions. - Address customer complaints by executing IPG process improvements and facilitating solution implementation. - Coordinate site visits with relevant IPG functional representatives. - Demonstrate expertise in all customer communications, including implementation, execution, best practices, products and features, and partnerships. - Provide forecasts for assigned product lines as requested. - Serve as a field feedback resource for new product development. - Participate in the development, launch, and marketing of new products and services as directed. - Collaborate with department managers and corporate staff to develop long-term business plans for customers. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Develop and maintain forecast models. - Communicate effectively in face-to-face customer interactions with a results-driven mindset. - Demonstrate resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities. - Exhibit flexibility and a willingness to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from an accredited university or college required. - 3–5 years of experience in business development within the packaging industry, preferably serving e-Fulfillment businesses. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Demonstrated strong and consistent attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Positive customer service mindset; team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. - Customer-centric mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. - Must be able to travel independently by air or vehicle; approximately 50%+ travel required. Role Description The AIDA Senior Access and Liaison Lead is a key figure in the AIDA Secretariat and responsible for leading all AIDA negotiations with relevant authorities.
