Role Description The Business Development Specialist will be the market and application expert for assigned product(s). Role Description Administer, design, maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot IPG core systems including but not limited to: Cloud, Virtualization, Server, Storage, Network, Endpoints and Directory Services. This person is also responsible for maintaining compliancy within IPG’s security standards and Cloud providers standards. - Design and administer IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS network infrastructure. - Deploy and support various cloud and on-premise server-based operating systems. - Manage and monitor physical network hardware to ensure maximum uptime. - Manage and monitor the physical equipment for the on-premise virtual compute environment. - Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives. - Manage the migration and modernization of workloads from on-premise data centers to Azure. - Manage and monitor Endpoint management systems including Intune and SCCM. - Maintain up to date standards and process documents for relevant areas. - Assist with the build and support of cost models and risk models for new solutions to determine if the best home for them is in the cloud or on premises. - Aid in the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and maintain current knowledge of plan executables and opportunities for where cloud can play a role in the recovery efforts. - Provide troubleshooting/support to applications group for network and server performance. - Provide on-call technical support. - Troubleshoot escalated issues to identify and repair cloud infrastructure issues. - Actively work to maintain and develop expertise on relevant cloud technology products, services, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the cloud infrastructure industry. - Primary resource for securing network & server infrastructure. - Provide technical leadership in the design of highly complex cloud systems. - Other duties as assigned. Role Description The Territory Business Manager will report into their respective Regional Director of Sales and will serve as a key member of the Industrial Channel Distributor focused sales team. The primary mission of this individual is to maintain and manage distributor relationships at the local level. Role Description The purpose of the MDM is to identify, engage and secure potential end user customers, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth within their assigned territory. This role is instrumental in expanding IPG's market presence through targeted prospecting, strategic selling, and a consultative approach focused on delivering value-driven packaging solutions. Principle Accountabilities - Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory, targeting end-users who can benefit from IPG's packaging solutions. - Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with potential and existing customers, ensuring long-term business development success. - Product Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations, highlighting packaging benefits, bundled solutions, and cost-effectiveness to secure new end-user accounts. - Lead Engagement & Conversion: Quickly follow up on warm leads, guiding potential customers through the sales process and closing deals efficiently. - Competitive Market Analysis: Research and assess market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and increase penetration. - Negotiation & Closing: Structure compelling proposals, negotiate pricing in partnership with Territory Business Managers, and finalize agreements to maximize revenue growth. - Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with Territory Business Managers, Regional Directors, and cross-functional colleagues—including marketing, product development, and customer service—to align objectives and enhance engagement. - Sales Performance & Reporting: Track territory performance using CRM tools, sales reports, and pipeline metrics to optimize strategy and meet revenue targets. - Additional Business Support: Assist in special initiatives, regional campaigns, and strategic planning as directed by leadership. Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent required. - 2 years of sales experience preferred. - Strong sales skills: Proven track record of success in a sales role, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present value propositions to customers. - Territory management skills: Ability to effectively manage a sales territory and prioritize customer visits. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills required.
