Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the successful candidate will own the outbound lead generation engine end-to-end, leveraging deep expertise within Clay and Claude AI to scrap complex datasets, execute advanced enrichment waterfalls, and deliver deeply verified lead profiles for target accounts and strategic B2B channel partners. Key Responsibilities - Data Orchestration & Automated Scrapping - Architects, executes, and monitors multi-layered data workflows and scraping pipelines within Clay.com to identify ideal corporate accounts and executive decision-makers. - Implements robust data cleansing, deduplication, and verification cascades using a combined tech stack of Apollo.io, Hunter.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - Utilizes Claude AI natively on a daily basis to perform advanced string manipulation, categorize target companies, write localized prompt scripts, and automate data analysis. - Conducts continuous optimization on data enrichment routines to reduce API credit spend while driving up profile coverage. - Lead Intelligence & Pipeline Administration - Compiles and delivers high-fidelity, validated prospecting lists of 50 to 100 verified leads weekly, maintaining target metrics across both direct enterprise buyers and ecosystem partners. - Uncovers and maps specific corporate intent indicators, including active digital advertising expenditures, structural sales team expansions, and buying signals. - Structures and feeds verified lead data arrays smoothly into the central CRM repository, keeping clear data taxonomy across fields. - Audits database hygiene regularly, monitors operational pipeline throughput metrics, and researches modern web-scraping methods to access untapped target databases.
