Supports day-to-day sales and sales operations functions to ensure processes are compliant and maximize profitability. Focuses on the staff, processes and physical resources required for the sales organization to operate. Works directly with the company's compliance officer to create and maintain policies and procedures for the sales organization. Ensure proper controls and processes are in place to calculate and payout commissions, conducting regular audits of internal and external payments. Seeks opportunities to improve efficiencies within the sales organization. Acts as an operational overseer of inter-department processes and projects that directly impact sales. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's or equivalent experience - 5+ years' experience in operational controls - Proven exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented - Demonstrated ability to perform multiple concurrent tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, sales oriented, high energy team player Preferred Qualifications: - Licensed in Life and Health insurances - 1+ years of experience in sales operations or and process oversight/improvement - 1+ years of experience in insurance industry (This experience can be included in the 5+ years minimum required work experience - Equivalent experience supporting sales teams - Management experience - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
