Project Operations, Product Specialist
IDeaS Revenue Solutions
• Act as a project management enablement resource across the entire CTI organization • Enable CTI teams to effectively project manage their own initiatives and processes • Provide hands on project management coaching and support • Support medium to large, cross functional initiatives • Promote consistent use of project management standards, templates, and delivery practices across CTI • Support project close out activities, including documentation, lessons learned, and recommendations to improve future delivery • Provide delivery and coordination support for Product & Pricing related Salesforce work
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Five or more years of relevant experience in project management, delivery enablement, business operations, or enterprise systems support
- Demonstrated experience supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex initiatives
- Proven ability to enable and coach teams on effective project management practices
- Experience working effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong facilitation skills
- Strong problem solving, organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Hands on experience with modern project management tools such as Wrike, JIRA, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce based commercial environments preferred.
