• Own the post-sale customer lifecycle across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. • Lead strategic conversations with stakeholders around planning, prioritization, and value realization using Tempo’s award winning suite of solutions • Drive GRR and NRR by managing renewals, surfacing expansion opportunities, and proactively mitigating risks. • Work smarter with AI: use Tempo's AI-assisted Customer Success tooling to take the repetitive work off your plate (data prep, call notes, account-health signals, forecast inputs), reinvest that time in your customers, and share the frontline feedback that makes those tools sharper. • Facilitate regular business reviews and outcome-focused success planning sessions directly with customer champions and decision makers. • Work closely with operational users (such as project and program managers, Jira admins, and agile team leads) to guide adoption and remove friction points in the user base. • Deliver best practices tailored to persona and industry that move customers toward their target outcomes across portfolio, project, and resource management workflows. • Accurately forecast renewals and lead commercial discussions in partnership with Sales. • Document customer goals, usage trends, risks, and outcomes with discipline and clarity on a continuous basis, using Gainsight Success Plans, Verified Outcomes, and Risk CTAs to keep account status current and actionable. • Collaborate with Product and Sales to ensure a smooth, unified customer experience. • Identify and help craft customer stories and case studies with the goal of highlighting their successes and raising awareness of our solutions.

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions across Tempo’s cloud-native applications. Approach development with a focus on performance, security, and usability, ensuring that features enhance user experience while maintaining scalability and reliability. • Proactively identify and solve complex technical challenges, driving innovation and creative solutions that enhance the product and development processes. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers to maintain a high bar for code quality. Debug complex production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective fixes to improve system reliability. Develop and maintain comprehensive automated test suites, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, to ensure high-quality releases. • Take direct, action-forward ownership across the full development lifecycle. Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, reliability risks, and security vulnerabilities, integrating best practices from design through deployment. • Leverage AI coding agents and AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily workflow to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and increase productivity. Apply sound engineering judgment when adopting AI-generated code and contribute to evolving team practices around AI tooling. • Collaborate with the team to explore emerging technologies, proposing new approaches and improvements that can optimize performance and user experience. Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering leaders to align technical solutions with product strategy and customer needs. Engage with technical stakeholders to break down complex tasks, estimate effort, and refine feature requirements. Collaborate with SREs to optimize deployments, improve monitoring, and enhance system observability. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advocate for best practices in software development, clean code principles, and emerging technologies. Contribute to improving team workflows, developer tooling, and software reliability. Advocate for best coding practices, security measures, and efficient system design.

• Partner with the CPO and product leadership team to define, track, and operationalize product strategy across the organization. • Own the product operating cadence: QBRs, planning cycles, leadership offsites, and cross-functional rituals. • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that give leadership real-time visibility into portfolio health, team capacity, and delivery performance. • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and GTM on priorities, roadmap milestones, and resource allocation. • Champion the integration of AI tools and workflows into Product Operations, including automated reporting, intelligent prioritization support, and AI-assisted research synthesis. • Partner with Engineering and Platform teams to identify where AI can reduce operational overhead in product delivery workflows. • Develop a framework for how product managers use AI in discovery, spec writing, and iteration, and drive adoption of best practices across the org. • Stay ahead of emerging AI capabilities and translate them into operational improvements that give Tempo’s product teams a competitive edge. • Own the Product team’s core toolstack and ensure PMs and designers have the systems they need to do their best work. • Design and implement scalable processes for roadmap management, intake, prioritization, and cross-team dependency tracking. • Build and run the onboarding and enablement programs for new product hires, ensuring ramp-up is fast and consistent. • Identify and close operational gaps before they become organizational bottlenecks. • Build the data and insights infrastructure that connects product decisions to customer outcomes and business results. • Own the voice-of-customer synthesis process, ensuring product leadership has a regular, structured view into customer feedback, NPS signals, and support trends. • Work with Data and Analytics to instrument key product metrics and make them accessible to the broader product team.

• Design, build, and ship production-grade agentic AI workflows on the Vertex / Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform that automate real business-operations processes end to end. • Make Gemini, Claude, Slack (Slackbot), and Atlassian Rovo work together – orchestrating multi-model, multi-tool agents that reason, retrieve, call APIs, and take action across Tempo's stack rather than living in a single tool. • Partner first with PMO, Procurement, and Enterprise Applications – then expand to Accounting, FP&A, RevOps, and the CFO organization – to identify high-value automation opportunities and translate them into shipped workflows. • Run discovery with operations stakeholders: map the current process, define the target state, and scope what to automate, what to assist, and what to leave to humans. • Implement tool use and function calling so agents can fetch data, trigger APIs, and execute actions across Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, procurement and finance systems, and other internal applications. • Build retrieval-grounded (RAG) and memory-enabled agents that draw on Tempo's knowledge so outputs are accurate, current, and context-aware. • Engineer reliable prompts, agent instructions, and orchestration logic; select the right model for each task and optimize for quality, latency, and cost. • Design guardrails, human-in-the-loop approvals, logging, and evaluation into every workflow – treating safety, auditability, and data governance as first-class requirements in partnership with the AI Ops governance layer. • Instrument workflows with monitoring, tracing, and success metrics; measure adoption and hours saved, and iterate based on real usage. • Establish and grow Tempo's AI Builder playbook – reusable patterns, templates, connectors, and standards so automations are consistent, secure, and easy to maintain as the practice scales. • Document workflows and enable business teams to adopt, trust, and (where appropriate) self-serve the agents you build. • Stay current with the fast-moving agentic AI landscape (models, frameworks, the evolving Vertex / Gemini Enterprise and Atlassian Rovo ecosystems) and bring practical recommendations back to the business. • Support the Tempo Way of Working by using Tempo and Jira products to manage and instrument the AI workflows you build.

• Contribute to the design, development, and testing of features across Tempo's product suite • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, code reviews, and retrospectives alongside full-time engineers • Write clean, well-documented code and collaborate through Git-based version control workflows • Work with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Debug and resolve issues in existing systems, improving reliability and performance • Present your work at the end of your term to engineers and stakeholders across the team

• You’ll drive strategy for this domain while working closely with Product Managers across Tempo’s ecosystem application portfolio whose work intersects with yours. • You’ll work directly with engineering and design from problem definition through shipped features with minimal handoff and maximum ownership. We use AI collaboratively throughout our work to streamline communication and accelerate delivery. • You’ll define how Tempo Financial Manager helps organizations manage project budgets, allocate budget across initiatives, track actuals against plan, and make real-time tradeoff decisions all within their strategic planning context. • Specifically, you’ll own: Product strategy and roadmap for Financial Manager’s budgeting, cost, and billing capabilities • Discovery with CFOs, FP&A leaders, and finance business partners, understanding how budget authority flows through a modern enterprise. • How Financial Manager connects portfolio investment decisions to financial plans: scenario modeling, threshold governance, and continuous forecasting. • Close partnership with Tempo’s integrations team on connecting Financial Manager to ERP and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, and others).
