Job Description

Director, Project Delivery – Early Phase, ClinPharm, Neuroscience

Syneos Health

• Provides oversight for all assigned projects to ensure study launch, conduct and closeout occur according to Customer’s and company's contractual agreement. • Forecasts, prioritizes and directs staff to achieve on-time sponsor deliverables with quality and in accordance with contracted scope and Customer expectations • Collaborates with Therapeutic Strategy and Innovation team to provide operational input in support of proposal development and pricing • Drives preparation and facilitation of bid defense meetings • Actively mentors junior project delivery oversight staff in leadership skills, customer management skills, project management skills

Job Requirements

  • Early Phase/ClinPharm Experience Must Have
  • Neuroscience Experience - Good to have
  • Experience with project management processes and methodologies
  • Strong understanding of GCP and ICH guidelines
  • Solid leadership and mentoring skills
