Job Description

Endoluminal Director – Commercial Distribution

Intuitive

• Responsible for the strategic growth and operational excellence of the distributor network within assigned geographies. • Build, train, and manage a high-performing Commercial Distribution and Market Development Manager team across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. • Develop regional market access strategies to accelerate the adoption of endoluminal robotic applications. • Communicate and execute with the global organization to expand product reach. • Develop comprehensive business plans, including quarterly system and procedure forecasts, to consistently outperform organizational targets. • Lead quarterly business reviews to ensure strategic alignment, achieve annual goals, manage operational budgets and P&L with strict ethical standards. • Conduct field rides with distributor reps to provide coaching, understand market dynamics, and drive technology adoption. • Identify and develop Global and Regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), reference sites, and epicenters. • Coordinate physician training and ensure distributors are experts in clinical procedures and the capital sales process. • Review and propose company presence at national congresses and symposia.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of senior-level Sales and Marketing experience in the medical device industry, specifically in distribution network management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams with deep business acumen and a track record of converting market trends into successful commercial activities.
  • Strong understanding of hospital procedure room environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a medical-related field required; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A deep understanding of the cultures, customs, and traditions within the assigned territory.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to travel >50%.
