• Work closely with Product Managers/Leads/Developers to understand the requirements and work independently with minimum supervision. • Maximize the test coverage for product features by writing both manual and automated test scripts. • Build new automation scripts and also enhance the existing test automation scripts. • Log and document bugs in the defect tracking system. • Test the application thoroughly with an eye on edge case scenarios, UI anomalies , performance, user experience and usability. • Test the user stories by going through the acceptance criteria carefully , creating test cases for the same and executing those during the release cycle. • Be proactive in the testing and keeping all the stakeholders informed. • Troubleshoot the errors and find out the root cause of the bugs and document the same. • Enhance testing and product quality metrics by working with other test engineers. • Review application specification and create documents to identify test scenarios.

• Define and drive the quality strategy for Identity Manager (Modules) • Architect and evolve automated test frameworks (unit, integration, system, performance) • Ensure high release confidence for enterprise-scale deployments • Lead root cause analysis of complex cross-component defects • Improve testability, observability, and diagnosability of the product • Establish measurable quality metrics (coverage, escape rate, reliability trends) • Mentor engineers in quality-first engineering practices • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements with strong automation focus • Support critical customer escalations with deep technical investigation.

• Perform quality assurance reviews on digital assets/deliverables, confirming specifications, meta data, versioning, imagery, fonts and other elements • Keep in close communication with PMs to ensure all deliverables are on track • Stay up to date on and adhere to QA best practices across different platforms • During high-demand times, support the Creative QA team with cross-functional reviews • Contribute to the evolution of QA workflows by identifying and implementing new technical testing processes • Serve as a technical resource for special projects, ensuring quality standards are maintained across new initiatives and formats
