• Own recurring invoicing, billing, collections, and vendor spend tracking. • Maintain the company’s operating metrics across ARR, bookings, renewals, revenue, collections, vendor spend, and cash planning inputs. • Support quarterly financial reporting, lightweight budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning in partnership with leadership and external finance/accounting partners. • Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors, payroll providers, and finance vendors to ensure clean execution. • Own the operational flow from Closed-Won to executed order form, billing setup, customer handoff, and renewal tracking. • Manage order form creation and ensure commercial terms such as billing cycles, usage allowances, overages, start dates, and renewal terms are captured accurately. • Partner with RevOps to ensure executed contracts match CRM records, billing schedules, and revenue reporting. • Build lightweight deal desk processes that reduce rework, ambiguity, and executive coordination. • Own legal intake and contract operations, including redline tracking, approvals, renewal dates, contract repository hygiene, MSAs, DPAs, SLAs, security exhibits, and order forms. • Coordinate payroll, benefits invoices, headcount tracking, compensation records, and onboarding/offboarding workflows involving systems and vendors. • Document and improve core business processes across finance, contracts, vendors, HR coordination, and leadership reporting. • Create lightweight systems that make operational status visible without adding unnecessary bureaucracy. • Assist in preparing board and investor operating metrics, including ARR, bookings, renewals, cash inputs, headcount, and major operating risks.

• Work closely with Product Managers/Leads/Developers to understand the requirements and work independently with minimum supervision. • Maximize the test coverage for product features by writing both manual and automated test scripts. • Build new automation scripts and also enhance the existing test automation scripts. • Log and document bugs in the defect tracking system. • Test the application thoroughly with an eye on edge case scenarios, UI anomalies , performance, user experience and usability. • Test the user stories by going through the acceptance criteria carefully , creating test cases for the same and executing those during the release cycle. • Be proactive in the testing and keeping all the stakeholders informed. • Troubleshoot the errors and find out the root cause of the bugs and document the same. • Enhance testing and product quality metrics by working with other test engineers. • Review application specification and create documents to identify test scenarios.
• Own sprint planning and delivery tracking across engineering and data science teams • Lead cross-team delivery planning and coordination • Maintain integrated project plans across product, engineering, data science, and DevOps • Track cross-team dependencies and delivery risks • Surface issues early and drive resolution • Manage scope changes and timeline negotiations in partnership with Product and Engineering • Own release timelines, coordination, and launch readiness • Coordinate QA, rollout, and rollback planning • Drive major customer delivery coordination for large or enterprise (AAA) customers • Support Product in cross-product dependency management • Help ensure PRDs, acceptance criteria, and scope are reflected accurately in delivery plans • Coordinate feature readiness for GTM with Product, Marketing, Solutions, and CS • Partner with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to translate plans into executable timelines • Coordinate work across: Backend, frontend, API/SDK development • Support incident follow-ups, retrospectives, and delivery learnings • Coordinate delivery timelines tied to customer commitments • Support Solutions and Customer Success during complex rollouts • Ensure customer-facing teams have clarity on delivery expectations
• Own conference selection and calendar (e.g., GDC, Gamescom/Devcom, and other key events) • Define event strategies aligned to key accounts and pipeline goals • Lead talks, panels, booths, meetings, and on-site content • Drive post-event recaps and live/social amplification • Lead customer announcements and press releases as buyer proof • Coordinate closely with execs and internal teams on launches and messaging • Build thought leadership across trust & safety, gaming, and AI • Own content marketing (blogs, guides, explainers) tied to buyer education • Shape timely commentary on industry and policy news • Secure podcasts, panels, and expert appearances • Own analyst relations at a program level • Lead partner and co-marketing initiatives • Own messaging frameworks, editorial cadence, and posting workflows • Guide email nurture, website funnel priorities, SEO direction, and owned channels
• Own onboarding for new customers (non-technical), in close partnership with Solutions • Establish and maintain regular account management cadences • Lead success planning per account, aligned to customer goals and use cases • Own renewals and expansion planning in partnership with Sales • Conduct executive check-ins and stakeholder alignment conversations • Track SLAs and lead escalations to resolution • Develop and maintain customer health scoring and churn risk signals • Identify incident trends and patterns that inform proactive conversations • Lead proactive model tuning and optimization discussions with customers • Conduct release, season, or launch impact reviews tied to game context • Deliver model explainability and transparency walkthroughs for enterprise customers • Train new customer teams and roles to drive adoption • Serve as the primary conduit for customer feedback into Product • Conduct churn post-mortems and synthesize learnings • Provide structured feedback on policies, workflows, and moderation operations • Surface label drift, data quality issues, and workflow change signals • Support lifecycle expansion strategies across products and use cases • Identify and cultivate customer champions • Support reference programs, testimonials, and case studies with Marketing • Contribute to customer community-building efforts • Provide competitive context and product positioning guidance to customers • Share regulatory, safety, and industry trend updates as a trusted advisor • Maintain awareness of customer business context, including seasons and launches
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation to close—across PC, console, VR, and mobile studios throughout EMEA • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets through both direct and partner-led deals. • Identify and close high-value opportunities within major publishers, live service studios, and emerging platforms. • Develop regional sales forecasts, maintain pipeline accuracy, and report regularly on performance metrics. • Build and nurture relationships with game studios, platforms, and ecosystem partners (e.g. middleware, community tools, voice providers). • Scout and close strategic integrations or partnership opportunities that expand GGWP’s footprint. • Represent GGWP at industry events such as Gamescom, Develop: Brighton, Pocket Gamer Connects, and local dev meetups. • Contribute local market insights to shape go-to-market strategy, pricing, and product localization. • Act as a visible advocate for healthy online communities and AI-powered trust & safety solutions. • Present GGWP’s mission and solutions on panels, in partner webinars, and in direct developer engagements. • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure regional feedback informs roadmap and messaging.
