QA Specialist
DEPT Agency
• Perform quality assurance reviews on digital assets/deliverables, confirming specifications, meta data, versioning, imagery, fonts and other elements • Keep in close communication with PMs to ensure all deliverables are on track • Stay up to date on and adhere to QA best practices across different platforms • During high-demand times, support the Creative QA team with cross-functional reviews • Contribute to the evolution of QA workflows by identifying and implementing new technical testing processes • Serve as a technical resource for special projects, ensuring quality standards are maintained across new initiatives and formats
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in an agency environment (not required)
- Excellent proofreading skills (required)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal skills in both individual and group settings
- Ability to identify issues in individual projects and work quickly and independently to provide critical feedback when necessary
- Adoption of DEPT Creative team’s communication and project management tools
- Proficiency in Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs), and Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
