• Own revenue growth and account penetration across assigned aerospace customers, with accountability for new systems, services, and recurring revenue. • Develop and execute site-level account plans, including installed asset mapping, decision-maker alignment, whitespace identification, and quarterly expansion targets. • Establish and manage annual and multi-year growth plans to achieve a minimum of $8M+ in annual revenue across assigned accounts. • Build deep site intelligence for each installed Titan or legacy stand, including configuration, utilization, maintenance history, failure risks, and downtime windows. • Lead complex, technical, value-based sales cycles with engineering, maintenance, quality, and program stakeholders. • Act as the primary commercial interface between the customer and internal teams, ensuring commitments are executable and expectations are clear.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan targeting industrial, service, and OEM segments for Ascential’s balancing equipment. • Identify and qualify new business opportunities to drive expansion into untapped markets and align with growth objectives. • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, fostering long-term relationships and customer loyalty. • Conduct meetings and product demonstrations to educate customers on balancing equipment applications. • Engage with customer feedback, address concerns, and tailor solutions to meet operational needs. • Stay current with industry trends and innovations in balancing and vibration monitoring to inform strategy. • Represent the company at trade shows, industry forums, and networking events to expand brand visibility. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align sales strategy with technical requirements. • Coordinate internally to ensure seamless product delivery, service, and customer support. • Establish and monitor KPIs for sales growth, customer satisfaction, and market penetration. • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement.

• Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract execution, excluding renewals. • Mine and expand Ascentialytics installed base by identifying new use cases, securing pilots and driving site rollouts. • Pursue new opportunities within off-highway, aerospace, Tier 1 suppliers, fleet operators, MROs and OEMs. • Drive and coordinate POCs and technical evaluations, partnering with engineering and customer success to deliver proof of value. • Confidently address IT and infrastructure objections related to security, compliance, cloud vs. on-prem, integration, APIs, identity and access, networking and enterprise procurement. • Communicate technical concepts clearly; discuss APIs, integrations and data flows. • Engage and manage multi stakeholder buying committees across IT, operations and finance to close complex enterprise deals. • Apply excellent listening and discovery skills to uncover pain points and develop business case-driven solutions. • Build multi-level relationships with executive sponsors and technical champions to de-risk procurement and accelerate deployments. • Build and manage a qualified pipeline with accurate CRM records while providing timely forecast updates. • Present ROI and business cases to executive and technical buyers, converting pilots into paid deployments and scaling accounts. • Travel to customer sites and industry conferences as needed.
