Program Manager, Product, Engineering
Sand Cherry
• Partner closely with Engineering and Operations to support the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch optimization • Translate product strategy into executable program plans, timelines, and cross-functional workstreams • Lead product requirements in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams • Drive end-to-end product launch readiness • Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps across systems and teams; proactively drive mitigation plans • Prepare and deliver high-quality executive-level presentations, status updates, and decision materials • Learn and adapt to new hardware and architecture language • Collaborate with numerous cross functional teams to effectively strategize, drive and deliver on product plans
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications or related field
- A minimum of 5-7 years as a Program Manager with exposure to Product Management or Product Ownership
- Prior experience in the cable, telecom, or broadband industry as a Program, Product or Project Manager is necessary
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional product initiatives in large enterprise environments
- Strong experience with product requirements definition, product launches involving multiple operational and technical teams and program management full life cycle planning and execution
- Exceptional PowerPoint (PPT) and executive communication skills are required with the ability to present clearly and succinctly to senior leadership
- Experience in Agile environments is required and exposure to Jira
- Must be able and willing to learn and adapt to new engineering hardware or architecture utilization
- Ability to proactively drive and manage programs at both strategic and tactical levels
- Experience working with senior executives and influencing without direct authority
- Collaborative, adaptable, flexible presence

Global Accounts Program Manager

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of localized asset production across multiple simultaneous workstreams — keeping timelines tight, stakeholders informed, and blockers resolved. • Act as the connective tissue between CreatorGlobal’s internal production teams and our localization partners, overseeing handoffs, revision cycles, and final deliverables to ensure every output meets required specifications. • Intake requests from production and brand partnerships teams, engage studios and partners to gather financial quotes, and communicate clear cost summaries to internal stakeholders to make informed decisions. • Build and steward CreatorGlobal’s network of external localization vendors and studio partners — managing onboarding, developing long-term strategic relationships, and securing the terms and capacity we need to scale. • Work cross-functionally with production, strategy, and operational leadership to keep programs aligned with business priorities, while continuously improving the SOPs and workflows.
• Own and manage the Career & Enterprise Development portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, leadership development, business and talent priorities. • Operate within a governance framework to strategically consult, intake requests, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources based on strategic business & talent priorities • Manage governance boards and portfolio reviews, ensuring accountability, transparency, and compliance. • Serve as a trusted advisor to Business Leaders, HRBPs, and Talent Management on Enterprise Learning. • Define and oversee evaluation frameworks to measure adoption, promotion, retention, readiness, and business impact. • Track and report on program outcomes, leveraging data to demonstrate measurable business value and continuous improvement. • Own program budgets, forecast needs, and align spend with strategic and enterprise goals. • Balance global resources and capacity across portfolios to ensure scalable delivery. • Integrate new AI technologies, modalities, and approaches to enhance leadership development programs. • Stay ahead of global trends in Learning & Development, Enterprise Learning and talent development, technology, including AI application, and applying insights to programs. • Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion across all initiatives, ensuring programs are representative and globally relevant. • Partner with external vendors, universities, and thought leaders to bring cutting-edge practices into the portfolio.
