Role Description Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and speed are key? We’re looking for a native English Speaker to join our team as an English Transcription Specialist. You’ll play a crucial role in the early stages of content localization for MrBeast, ensuring transcripts are ready for global distribution. As an English Transcription Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and editing transcripts for video content. Your work will directly support the dubbing studios that localize content into multiple languages. Precision and quick turnaround are essential, as your transcripts will serve as the foundation for global translations. You’ll work closely with MrBeast content and CreatorGlobal Leadership, serving as the first key point in the dubbing process. What You'll Do - Create and edit accurate and high-quality English transcripts for video content. - Maintain a flexible work schedule and deliver transcripts within 2 hours of video delivery. - Manage transcription tasks using transcription program Sonix and Adobe Premiere. - Work closely with MrBeast Production teams and CreatorGlobal Leadership to streamline the process and deliver transcripts that form the basis for global translations. - This is a contract position that calls for weekly availability between 8pm-12am ET with opportunities to support ad-hoc projects averaging 2-10 hours/week. Qualifications - Native English speaker. - MrBeast Superfan – you know the content, the creators, and the current trends. - Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and evenings, (weekdays occasionally) and are able to start on transcription tasks immediately. - Familiarity with transcription software such as Sonix, ElevenLabs, or and/or editing softwares like Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve. - Entry-level to 1-2 years of experience in transcription or a similar role. - Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. - Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and fast turnaround times. - Attention to detail and reliability in delivering consistent, quality work. • Optimize translations and adapt for dubbing and localization from the English source video • Select and refine voice casts to ensure they match the English source video • Utilize new technologies to enhance dubbed content • Manage first-hand the production and quality control of dubbed content • Preliminary post-editing of clips to improve synchronization and combining inputs (in collaboration with editing team)

• Concept new and original ideas • Generate realistic/ eye catching thumbnails using photoshop and photo manipulation skills • Stay up to date with current trends/ best practices within the thumbnail space • Coordinate with the thumbnail production team to make sure we are capturing all assets necessary for the creation of our thumbnails • Collaborating with other team members to generate the best designs possible. This includes idea generation, sharing assets, and providing helpful feedback • Other tasks as assigned

• Personally architect and execute global marketing campaigns across social, streaming, retail, and experiential channels • Design non-linear marketing ecosystems—stunts, viral loops, gamified audience engagement, retail tie-ins—where every touchpoint feeds the next • Turn Beast Games franchise launches into global cultural events using IRL activations, digital Easter eggs, and influencer-led participation that makes audiences feel like competitors, not viewers • Apply a clinical understanding of viewer retention mechanics—knowing why a 10-second hook works on YouTube but may fail on Prime Video, and how to bridge that gap across a multi-week streaming rollout • Rapidly produce and iterate marketing assets aligned with cultural trends and platform dynamics—at algorithm speed, not Hollywood speed • Build lightweight systems and playbooks that scale output without creating founder bottlenecks or requiring approval on every asset • Operate as a bridge between creator vision and enterprise stakeholders—defending a social-first, chaos-embracing campaign to risk-averse executives without losing the creative integrity that makes MrBeast work • Lead crisis response and real-time narrative control during high-visibility moments with a war room mentality and high emotional intelligence • Drive integration of Beast Games IP into commerce, partnerships, gaming, licensed merchandise, and cross-platform experiences • Challenge ideas with data and conviction—kill initiatives with high vanity metrics and low business impact
