Role Description - Manage the full recruitment cycle, including vacancy creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation and hiring process administration. - Design and implement effective recruiting and sourcing strategies. - Prepare and update job descriptions in cooperation with hiring managers. - Prepare recruitment materials and publish vacancies on relevant job boards, social media platforms and other recruitment channels. - Source potential candidates using databases, professional networks and social media platforms. - Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to identify suitable candidates. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical interviewers. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Prepare recruitment and other reports, when required. - Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process. - Support the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees. - Assist with day-to-day HR administrative activities, including maintaining employee records and supporting HR documentation. - Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR projects. - Participate in the development and improvement of recruitment and HR processes. - Promote the company's employer brand and reputation as a great place to work. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field - 3+ years of professional recruiting experience - In-depth experience in successfully sourcing and hiring quality candidates - Experience in fintech is a plus - At least Upper-Intermediate English - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Successful experience of remote work - Being a ‘hands-on’ and goal-oriented person - Strong project management, organizational and multitasking skills - Self-starter and highly motivated - Positive references from previous employers Benefits - Professional growth - Comprehensive benefits package - Opportunities for professional growth and development - A dynamic and supportive work environment - Passionate and dedicated team
