Senior Recruiter – Recruiting, Employer Branding
Dataciders GmbH
• You will independently take responsibility for filling various Dataciders vacancies – from junior to senior levels – directly contributing to the company’s success • You will develop creative, target-group-specific recruiting strategies and implement them effectively across the entire recruitment process • You will work closely with hiring managers, advising them as an equal partner and supporting them in making the right decisions for their teams • You will respond agilely to changes in the labor market and actively shape recruiting activities, strategies, and measures • You will design and implement employer branding initiatives independently (e.g., internal events, trade fairs) to sustainably strengthen our employer brand • You will ensure an outstanding candidate experience and maintain oversight even when handling multiple vacancies in parallel
Job Requirements
- You have a degree in business administration, psychology, humanities, or a similar qualification
- You have approximately 5 years of professional experience in recruiting and employer branding – ideally covering the full process from job posting to onboarding
- You are proficient with the HR system Personio and preferably use Confluence for documentation and collaboration
- You demonstrate strong communication skills and are comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders
- You work in a highly structured and independent manner with a clear focus on results
- You bring a high level of initiative and responsibility and proactively drive topics forward
- You thrive in a dynamic environment characterized by growth, change, and development
